LTW is the abbreviation of LURE TIMES WORLD, meanwhile, the first two words are also English translation of the magazine Lure Times. It means lure times belongs to the world. Chinese Lure is an organic part in the development of the World Lure.

In June 2007, the first outdoor lure training camp sponsored by Outdoor Fishing was held successfully in Jiangsu Nanjing.
